Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation or order verification.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high order volumes, processing times may be extended slightly.

Delivery Timeline
• Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on customer location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
• Slay Fashion is not responsible for courier-related delays once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to product, order value, or promotional terms.

Payment Modes

We offer the following payment options:

Prepaid Orders
• Accepted modes include UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Prepaid orders are given priority processing.
• Prepaid orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on selected pin codes only.
• COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• If a COD order is refused or returned (RTO) by the customer, Slay Fashion reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for future orders from the same customer.

Order Tracking
• Tracking details are shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email once the order is shipped.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Address Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
• Slay Fashion is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries
• Delivery attempts may fail due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or courier issues.
• In case of re-shipping, additional charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
• Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
• If the order is damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Shipping Coverage
• Currently, Slay Fashion delivers within India only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
