At Slayfashion, we follow a strict quality-control and dispatch verification process to ensure that every product reaches our customers in perfect condition. As a result, products are not eligible for return or exchange, except under the specific conditions outlined below.


Eligible Conditions for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, or

  • If you receive a product different from what is mentioned on the invoice

No other circumstances will qualify for return or exchange.


Mandatory Return Conditions

To be eligible for approval, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and original packing materials must be intact

  • No tampering with the product, serial number, or seal

  • Any freebies, certificates, or accessories received with the order must be included

  • The product must be unused and unworn

Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the return request.

  • The return request must be initiated within 2 (two) days of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances

Damages & Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us without delay

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Our team will conduct an internal quality review and guide you through the next steps

Claims raised without sufficient evidence or beyond the allowed timeline may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are initiated within 10 business days after approval.

  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp.
