Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  • Exchange or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, and invoices.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for exchange or return.

  • Customised, clearance, or discounted products may not be eligible unless otherwise stated.


Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are processed and shipped promptly after confirmation.

  • Shipping details, including the tracking link or tracking number, are shared via WhatsApp and/or Email once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking details.

  • SlayFashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.

  • The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • In case the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.


Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per company policy.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Requests made beyond the specified return/exchange window.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
