How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location or courier delays.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes. COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

What if my order is damaged or incomplete?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
